will be in Long Beach, California and will be called the HANDY HOUSE.

HANDY HOUSE will offer a WELFARE TO WORK PROGRAM to
assist women with children to assimilate into a working and productive
society, by offering a live-in rehabilitation home.  Computer training
courses will be offered as well as working with a Workforce
Development Specialist from the City of Long Beach and the State of
California. Each of our clients who are physically able will be required to
work in our offices or the
HANDY HOUSE Thrift Store.   Out Flow
believes that people who are in a position to give back make better
citizens. All Out Flow programs are set up with the understanding that
each person accepted in the
HANDY HOUSE Program will work with
Out Flow volunteers and staff.  We will also offer a Food Pantry for the
families.
Founders, M. L. "Sonny" Bozeman and
Richard J. Handy ask for help in funding
the
HANDY HOUSE in Long Beach.  Please
give if you can or volunteer your time to
set the first brick in the
HANDY HOUSE.
