Out Flow, Inc. is a Charitable 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization that was formed on April 17, 2002.
Most donations are 100% Tax Deductible. Our purpose is to maintain a community-based Network
and Outreach Program. We assist homeless women and their children and families with children
orphaned, infected or affected by HIV/AIDS and other illnesses. We turn no child and their family
away.
We rely on private donations, internal and external fund raisers, corporate contributions, grants,
and individual giving programs to finance our projects.
Our manpower comes from Volunteers, Interns, professionals, business &community leaders who
offer their services to assist us in meeting the health, emotional and human care needs of those
we serve.
Out Flow is a global resource for children with chronic, life threatening illnesses or disabilities.
We also provide services for women and children of domestic violence, as well as Seniors with
special needs. We are dedicated to meeting the real needs of those in health and economic
crisis improve their quality of life, by offering clothing, toys, toiletries, and food through our
community pantry and kitchen.
We provide scholastic scholarships and recreational scholarships for summer camps and after
school programs for youths. We also offer one-time emergency financial assistance to the
terminally ill and their immediate families.
